Flourishing between 16th to 19th century, these paintings come from the various schools of Rajasthan naming The Mewar School, The Kishangarh School, The Bikaner School, The Bundi School and The Jaipur School usually depicting stills from Ramayana, Mahabharata, local love stories and the life of the common people.

These are self explanatory in which one can visualize the miraculous beauty of the local women and it spectaculates the viewer to admire the grace and elegance of doing the house hold work.
